As you approach the end of the year, you should begin planning for next year. Don’t wait until January; that’s when you should be implementing your plan, not creating it. In preparation, last week you should have refreshed:

If you haven't completed last week's training plan, please invest an hour or so in yourself over the weekend to do so. When we fall behind, it's easy to feel overwhelmed.
